- Flex-bonded tensile cords are vulcanized as one solid unitmaking the belt highly resistant to tensile and flexingforces, fatigue and shock loads
- Precision-ground straight sidewalls give a uniform wedgingaction and ensure the belt fts correctly in the pulleygrooves, which improves belt life and reduces expensivemaintenance time
- Patented Ethylene compound and optimized notches moldedinto the belt during manufacturing increase flexibility andtransmission efficiency, which allows for a more compactand highly economical drive design by reducing size ofpulleys, bearings, guards and mounts
- Recommended for use on all industrial heavy-duty, narrowsection V-belt drives
- All sizes meet Gates V80® systemmatching tolerances
- Meets ARPM/RMA IP-3-2 oil and heat resistant standards andIP-3-3 static conductivity requirements
