Asset & Repair Tracking
ART 4.0 is an active database to track an asset and its repair history throughout its life cycle.
In Inventory: New assets and repaired assets are received into "In Inventory" and are available for use.
In Service: Assets are issued from inventory to be installed "In Service" and existing assets are removed from "In Service."
Core Inventory: Assets that need repair are considered “Core Inventory' until a decision is made to scrap or repair the asset.
Out for Repair: Assets are sent out for repair to a Motion Shop or third-party repair supplier then received back into inventory.
