Asset Tracking & Repair History

ART 4.0 provides users with a comprehensive, real-time database to track asset life cycles and repair histories, enabling improved inventory management, streamlined repair processes, and enhanced decision-making for asset utilization.

  • In Inventory: New assets & repaired assets are received into ‘In Inventory’ and are available for use.
  • In Service: Assets are issued from inventory to be installed ‘In Service’ and existing assets are removed from ‘In Service’.
  • Core Inventory: Assets that need repair are considered “Core Inventory’ until a decision is made to scrap or repair the asset.
  • Out for Repair: Assets are sent out for repair to a Motion Shop or 3rd party repair supplier then received back into inventory.
