Quick Exhaust Valves

Motion offers pneumatic quick exhaust valves for purchase. Pneumatic quick exhaust valves increase the cycle speed of air cylinders and exhaust processed air through an exhaust port. Pressurized air from a control valve enters the quick exhaust valve through an inlet port, flows into the air cylinder, and pushes against the piston to extend the rod. It then travels a short distance back through the exhaust valve and exits through the exhaust port, which quickly retracts the cylinder rod and increases the cylinder overall cycle speed. The valve also prevents exhaust from entering back into the valve.
