Flange Kits

Motion offers an assortment of flange kits. A flange kit is a set of components required for installing a flange, typically including the flange collar itself, a gasket, and the various items of connection hardware that are needed for the installation process. There are various kinds of flange kits that vary in pressure capabilities, hydraulic systems range from high, to ultra-high pressure. A flange is a protruded lip or rim that is typically attached to the end of a pipe or hose flange connection. Victaulic, 150#, and 300# flanges are commonly used with pipe systems. Hydraulic applications utilize code 61, 62 or CAT flanges and use two flange halves, an o-ring, and bolts with lock washers to complete the connection. p Sanitary food applications utilize Tri-Clover clamp systems which consist of a hinged clamp with a gasket that mates to the flange ends to complete a leak free connection.
